CEO
Pradeep is the CEO of Field Operations for RecruITsol, one of the fastest growing staffing providers in the Global market. In this role, Pradeep is responsible for the Global Consulting, Recruiting & Operations, Alliances and customer success.
Prior to joining RecruITsol, Pradeep served as a General Manager for Frensco Solutions. In this capacity, he was responsible for the strategy and end-to-end execution of the company’s hiring norms. Pradeep also involved in reducing cost per hire of the organization, increased consulting business volume. In previous organization, Pradeep and his team have been instrumental in leading the successful transformation of the company’s recruitment structures.
Pradeep holds a Master’s Degree in Nuclear Engineering from JNTUK & a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from JNTUH.
Sandeep P
CO Founder, Head Of Operations
Sandeep has been at the forefront of innovation in the Consulting & Staffing market for more than a decade. Before joining RecruITsol. Sandeep
served as Executive Vice President for Consulting division of Frensco Solutions, with responsibilities of Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technical Support. He also held key roles at Randstad & Capgemini, where he helped to double the revenue of consulting groups managed by him.
Sandeep holds a Master’s degree in Management from NIBM, Pune in Human Resource Management with concentrations in international business and organizational behavior. He also holds a bachelor of Technology in Electricals from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
